Melhorn Construction is currently accepting subcontractor bids on the projects below.

Subcontractors are advised to be familiar with bid documents in their entirety and with site conditions prior to submitting bids. Incomplete bids or bids with exclusions may be rejected at the discretion of Melhorn Construction.

We rely on the technical expertise of our Subcontractors and expect them to make constructability review part of the bid process. Any issues that are discovered in this process are to be brought to the attention of Melhorn prior to submittal of bids. Value engineering and alternative approaches proposals are encouraged. VE and constructability feedback from Subcontractors is considered to be evidence of thorough understanding of the bid documents and will be given consideration in the selection of the successful bidder.
