POSITION DESCRIPTION:

SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities: Full responsibility for field operations on one or more jobsites. Responsibilities include supervision, direction and coordination of Melhorn trade personnel, subcontractors and suppliers, scheduling, ordering materials, safety, quality control, security. Complies with terms of Prime Contract and Subcontracts

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years full-time Superintendent experience. Minimum 10 years construction experience. Experience in the following project types is desirable: medical, biotech, office core & shell, TI, multi-residential, retail, public works, hospitality, church, restaurant, specialty, design-build. Computer literacy desirable..

Position Type: Full-time salaried position.

Salary: Competitive, compensation level commensurate with experience.
