POSITION DESCRIPTION:
PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities: Full charge responsibility for management of one or more projects concurrently. Accountable for on-time, on-budget project completion. Project involvement may include any or all of the following: marketing/RFP proposal presentation, managing preconstruction services, budgeting, estimating, constructability review, contract negotiation, scheduling, job cost control, supervision of project administrative staff, project documentation, job closeout.
Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management or related area or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years full-time Project Management experience. Minimum 5 years construction experience. Experience in the following project types is desirable: medical, biotech, office core & shell, TI, multi-residential, retail, public works, hospitality, church, restaurant, specialty, design-build. Must be computer proficient; experience with Excel, Word & scheduling software required.
Position Type: Full-time salaried position.
Salary: Competitive, compensation level commensurate with experience.
